Emmy turned 16 on a Tuesday. I told her I was taking her and Annie out to lunch at the place of her choice. She chose Cracker Barrel as our place to eat. When we got there I had a few surprises waiting for her. Bryan met us there on his lunch break and Emmy's two best friends Abby and Katie and their mom Melodye were also able to join us. Em was surprised and loved that they were able to be there.
Opening her gift from the Geigers.
A new ipod case! They also got her a make-up bag with some new make-up.

We ended up staying at Cracker Barrel for 3 hours visiting after lunch.

On the way home I surprised her with a stop off at the theater to see God's Not Dead, a movie she had been wanting to see.
After the movie we picked up some Publix fried chicken to take home which was her birthday dinner choice.
She decided that she didn't want a cake this year. She chose ice cream as her special dessert instead.
Red Velvet Cake ice cream. :)
It was a fun day of celebrating! I still can't believe she is 16 already!
