Ohio Part 1~ {July 2018}

We drove up to the Columbus, Ohio area for a week because four of our kids competed in the SASP National Championship. We stayed at a really nice KOA campground about 30 minutes north of Columbus and enjoyed site-seeing around the area during the week. We fell in love with Ohio while there!

Road trips equal a full car for our family!

Their birth state!

This was our home away from home for the week- the trailer we rented at the KOA campground in Sunbury, Ohio.

Our camper sat next to a pond so we had fun fishing and canoeing during the week.

Orange Beach Vacay ~ {Part 1}

In October of this year we were blessed with a 9 day stay in a condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. It was our first time to visit the Gulf of Mexico and we had an amazing time at the beach! It was one of the best family vacations we have ever had.

Our first time to stand on the Gulf of Mexico together.

The kids first time to put their feet in the Gulf!

First seashells

The condo we stayed at was so cute!

Bryan surprised the kids with a gift that they couldn't open until we got to the beach!

New tennis rackets and balls, a beach kite, and sand castle molds.

The view from our balcony on our first morning!

You know you're on vacation when the only decision you have to make is what beach hat looks the most stylish with your swimsuit.

Mermaid Natalie.

Beach power!

The best seafood we had during our time on the gulf was at Bubbas Seafood.

Our condo complex all lite up after dark.

We saw several pieces of jellyfish on our evening walks along the beach.

Natalie loved boogie boarding!

IceCream on the beach = perfect!

This girl spent the most time in the water during our week at the beach. She is our water bug!

Natalie's sand art.

Because every beach needs a gingerbread man!

The condo had an indoor heated pool that we made good use of during the evening hours.

The condo also had an arcade that Bryan and the kids visited. Down the street from our condo was a huge arcade center though and they had fun at it one evening during our week at the beach.

Camden's room was decorated in pirates and he loved it!

Tennis after dark. The tennis courts sat behind our condo and I could sit out on the back balcony and watch Bryan and the kids play.

Annie, Bryan, and Ally rode the carousel at the boardwalk!
